BeOS now available through Gigabuys.com, Dell Computer Corporation's Online
Superstore

MENLO PARK, Calif., September 16, 1999 - Be Incorporated (Nasdaq: BEOS),

applications and Internet appliances, today announced the availability of
BeOS through Gigabuys.com, Dell Computer Corporation's online superstore.
